1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the mybookie365 website, mobile-optimized platform, games, betting services, promotions, and all related features (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account with mybookie365, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the mybookie365 Platform from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the mybookie365 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines, and mybookie365 strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of mybookie365, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the mybookie365 Platform for any reason.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers.

mybookie365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at mybookie365's sole discretion.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of mybookie365, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) mybookie365 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. mybookie365 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any associated winnings.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mybookie365 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. mybookie365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify mybookie365 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

mybookie365 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our KYC procedures, we may require you to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

mybookie365 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank Online, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. mybookie365 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are generally completed within the same business day. mybookie365 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the mybookie365 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). mybookie365 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

mybookie365 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal that we reasonably suspect may be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct. In such cases, mybookie365 may report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

mybookie365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• mybookie365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per household, IP address, or payment method.
• mybookie365 reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any player for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the mybookie365 Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology for digital games and licensed live dealer studios for live table games. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness. mybookie365 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game on the mybookie365 Platform has minimum and maximum bet limits that are displayed within the game interface. mybookie365 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable limits before placing wagers.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, mybookie365 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. mybookie365 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems on the player's end.

6.4 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact mybookie365 support within 72 hours of the disputed event. mybookie365 will investigate the matter and its decision shall be final and binding.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the mybookie365 Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or system.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mybookie365 staff or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the mybookie365 Platform or another player's account.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your mybookie365 account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the mybookie365 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of mybookie365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mybookie365 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the mybookie365 Platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mybookie365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

mybookie365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mybookie365 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mybookie365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

mybookie365 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the mybookie365 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Termination & Account Closure

• You have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct.
• Your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus abuse will be forfeited.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the mybookie365 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
